Q:I accidently dropped a pair of plastic childrens sunglasses into the lint trap of my clothes dryer..HELP!? I was cleaning out my lint tray when one of my nieces sunglasses that was lying on top of the dryer, decided to fall into the lint trap. The lint tray is on the top of the dryer and Ive tried to fetch the sunglasses out with a clothes hanger, but it hasnt worked. any suggestions? will this start a fire even?

A:pull the dryer away from the wall and take the dryer vent pipe off at the back. its usually a round pipe eventually leading to the outside of the building. the glasses should be right there.if you cant pull the dryer away from the wall (BECAUSE ITS HOOKED UP TO A GAS LINE) find a way to get to that pipe and PULL it off. theyre tight fitting but should come off with a little coaxing. wiggle the round pipe back and forth while pulling it away from the dryer.thats where the lint trap leads to. dont use the dryer till you get the glasses out or the heat will ruin them.hope this is of some help to you.good luck.
