Chicken recipes for baby
2 chicken breasts, thighs or legs
1 cup (250 ml) water
Remove skin from chicken. Steam chicken until cooked - 15 minutes for breast; 30
minutes for thighs and legs, OR bake chicken at 375°F for 30 - 45 minutes or until cooked.
Ensure meat is white and there is no pink flesh remaining. Remove chicken from the bone
and cut into 1” pieces.
Blend or finely chop ½ the chicken with ½ cup water.Repeat with remaining chicken.
Pour into ice cube trays and freeze. Makes 1 ice cube tray.
