I’ve had other fryers in the past but this one is top of the line. Oil filtering system works perfect. It’s very easy to use only as the other reviwers said pay attention to timer. when it goes off it doesn’t mean the fryer is off. You need to do that manually. As always DeLonghi products are reliable and I would certainly purchase DeLonghi again.
