Q:RV Convection Microwave? Were trying to decide whether to get a covection microwave in our new RV or just conventional oven and separate microwave. I like the thought that I could make 2 things at once - main dish in oven, side dish in microwave - and the convection micro. seems smallish, but I am reading that the convection micro. heats better for cooking. What about baking? I am undecided. If you have used the convection microwave and have an opinion, please let me know. We are close to full-timing and cook in the RV most of the time.

A:Wal-Mart had convection ovens on sale at Christmas for about $150 and the only reason I didnt buy one is, I am replacing my Motor Home this spring and the new one may have a convection oven already in it. If it does not, then Ill put one in it.. those ovens are truly amazing... especially if you are using the Generator and want to cook or bake something quickly. By Y! User: captmhunt
