Q:Has anyone purchased a stacked laundry center that they recommend? First, Id like to know how long youve had it. Ideally, over 9 months, to be able to judge. Id like to know if its quiet, if you like the fact that its stacked, why you opted for it, if you regret it, what brand it is, can you wash a set of king size sheets and pillow covers in it, and anything else you might want to share...I do have a small condo in the city (not so small by city standards) and they are going in a closet. The closet will take a full size washer and dryer, thats what I have now, but Id rather make space for other laundry things. I live alone too. So load size is a minor issue, compared to quality washing and drying and quietness and durability.

A:Unless you are limited on space, I would not recommend them. As a whole, stacked machines are smaller than there regular counter parts. they are designed for apartment s or for smaller loads.
