Description:The Hamilton Beach Meal Maker is attractively styled in stainless steel with black handles and sides. This unit can accommodate up to 6 slices of bread, a 6-cup muffin tin, a 1-1/2-quart casserole, or a 4-pound roaster chicken. Inside, three rack positions let you select the perfect height for broiling, baking, and toasting. The front panel has three dial controls to select the temperature (250-450 degrees F), the function (toast, bake, broil, or keep warm), and the toast-color or cook time. For those with busy schedules, the keep-warm setting ensures that dinner stays at the ideal serving temperature until everyone is ready to eat. Other features include a heavy-duty, large-capacity baking tray with boil rack; a bell signal at the completion of toasting; a fully-tempered safety glass door; and an auto-shutoff function when the timer is used. Summary: A Little Slow, but Worth it.
I purchased this toaster/oven for myself last year. I liked it so well that I purchased one for my daughter and son-in-law for their anniversary, and one for my cousin as a wedding present. It takes longer for this toaster and oven to heat than most others, but I love the concept of this product. It just needs some adjustments in the design.
